I have an almost 3 year old daughter and am looking for good kindergarten options for Fall of 2011. Our local public elementary school is San Raphael, which we’re not too keen about, but I’d love to know if anyone has experience with it.
I’d also love to hear about Pasadena magnet schools that may be an option for us. (With a newborn girl and a 3 year old, we’d really like to find a public school option for our girls…)
Thanks in advance,
Susan
Wasn’t impressed by San Raphael but they do have a Dual Immersion program that you might be interested in.
fyi for anyone currently looking at Pasadena public schools, Jackson has a great Spanish Immersion STEAM Magnet program. I toured the school and was really impressed. PUSD is also working on starting a French Immersion program. Don Benito Elementary and Hamilton Elementary both have good reputations and are worth a look.
